By accessing or using this website and/or placing an order for any product (including custom carved portraits, watercolour prints, etc.), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility & Your Account

You must be at least 18 years old (or of legal age in your jurisdiction).
You are responsible for providing and maintaining accurate contact, shipping, and payment details.

2. Custom Products & Variations

All pieces are custom-made based on your submitted imagery; natural variations in material, texture, and tone are expected and not defects.
Differences between screen previews and final output are normal due to device displays, lighting, and print nuances.

3. Image Rights & Usage

You affirm that you own or have permission to use any image(s) you submit, including the consent of persons depicted.
You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your image(s) solely for designing, producing, packaging, and delivering your order.
We will not use your personal image(s) provided by you in marketing unless you explicitly authorize it.

4. Ordering & Payment

We may present a digital proof at our discretion. Once approved (explicitly or by non-response), production begins.
Full payment in advance is required for custom orders.
Prices may exclude taxes, duties, or import fees; you are responsible for all additional charges applied in your jurisdiction.

5. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Cancellations before production begins may allow up to 50% refund (to cover design/administrative costs).
Once carving or printing begins, cancellations are not permitted.
Returns or exchanges are not accepted for custom items.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, notify us within 48 hours with unboxing photos. We may request return. We will either replace the product or refund in full at our discretion.

6. Shipping & Risk

We ship via trusted couriers with tracking. Delivery times are estimates; customs, weather, or other conditions may cause delays.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery to the address you specified.
Incorrect addresses or refused deliveries may incur extra charges or loss of refund rights.

7. Packaging

Products are packaged using eco-friendly wrapping, sealed with red wax, and placed in a gift box.
Packaging may vary depending on material availability.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the website or submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, infringing, or otherwise harmful. Attempts to interfere with site operations are prohibited.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, designs, product imagery, and site materials are our property or licensed to us and are protected by IP laws.
You receive no right to these assets beyond your purchase.

10. Disclaimers & Warranties

We provide products “as is” and disclaim all other warranties to the fullest extent allowed by law, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid for the relevant order.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms, your content, or your violation of any laws or third-party rights.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Dehradun, Uttarakhand.

14. International Buyers

If you order from outside India, you are responsible for compliance with your local laws, including import regulations, duties, and taxes.

15. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting a new version with an updated Effective Date. Continued site use constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
