Each portrait is printed with Epson P900 series on Favini Dolce Vita fine-art paper—a cotton-textured stock known for its tactile depth and museum-grade permanence.

It is memory, captured in watercolor and made to endure.

1. You send us an image.
A face, a moment, a memory—submitted in photograph form.

2. We translate it into watercolor.
Your image is re-envisioned in watercolor tones—light and shadow softened into washes, contours rendered in pigment.

3. The print.
The finished painting is rendered with Epson’s P900 archival pigment system, onto Favini Dolce Vita paper. Rich pigments meet soft texture; the surface carries the work like skin carries time.

4. Finishing.
Edges trimmed, surfaces checked, details preserved without compromise.

5. The ritual of packing.
The portrait is wrapped in eco-friendly paper, sealed in red wax, and placed in a gift box.

6. Delivery.
Shipped securely to your door. One piece, one story, one relic.

We don’t do “30-day returns” for custom artistry. You commissioned this piece; it is yours. But let’s be fair:

• No returns or exchanges: each portrait is custom-made, unique to your image.

• Refunds are possible only if the print is damaged in transit. Notify us within 48 hours with photographs.

• We deal in permanence, not transactions.
   
• In case of damage, we may request the return (at our expense). You choose: a reprint or a full refund.

Cancellations before work begins may be eligible for a 50% refund. Once printing is complete, cancellation is not possible.

  • Shipped via reliable carriers (DHL, FedEx, or equivalent) with full tracking and insurance.

  • Customs, duties, and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Delivery estimate: 10–20 business days (could vary by destination).

• Packaging: Minimalist, but robust—boxed with internal bracing to protect the watercolor.

• Dispatch Notice: When your piece ships, you will get a notification (carrier + tracking).
