Essence: A bespoke, hand-carved portrait—your visage rendered in depth, lines, and shadow, housed within a 18″ × 18″ frame.

Material / Medium: High-grade Engineered Wood

Presentation: Delivered in eco-friendly wrapping, sealed with red wax, and housed in a gift box. Minimal, ceremonial, unhurried—the piece arrives as an object to be unveiled, not opened.

Lead Time: Each portrait is custom-made. Expect a creation window of 3-4 days from confirmation of your photograph and design.

Uniqueness: Every piece is one of one. Slight variations, tool marks, natural grain—these are features, not flaws.

1. You send us an image.
A face, a moment, a memory—photograph submitted, digital or physical.
 

2. We translate it into lines.
The image becomes a design: shadows mapped, edges refined, proportions preserved.
 

3. The carving begins.
High-grade engineered wood is cut—line by line, layer by layer. Every mark intentional, every grain embraced.
 

4. Finishing.
Edges softened, surfaces sealed. Not polished into sterility, but preserved with character intact.
 

5. The ritual of packing.
The portrait is wrapped in eco-conscious paper, sealed with red wax, and placed in a gift box. A gesture, not packaging.
 

6. Delivery.
Shipped securely to your door, ready to be unveiled. One piece, one story, one relic.

We don’t do “30-day returns” for custom artistry. You commissioned this piece; it is yours. But let’s be fair:

• No returns or exchanges. Because this is custom, carved to your specification, we cannot resell it.

• Refunds are only possible under exceptional circumstances (e.g. damage in transit, gross defect).

  • If the artwork arrives damaged, you must inform us within 48 hours with clear photos.

  • We may request the return of the item (at our expense) for review.

  • If fault is confirmed, we will issue a full refund, or offer remaking the piece (your choice).

• Changes / cancellations before work begins:

  • If you cancel before carving begins (i.e. while design is being finalized), a 50% refund may be possible.

  • Once carving starts, cancellation/refund is off the table.

We believe in transparent art. We’ll always act with integrity—but understand, this is handcrafted, bespoke work. No factory resets.

  • Customs, duties, and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Delivery estimate: 10–20 business days (could vary by destination).

• Packaging: Minimalist, but robust—boxed with internal bracing to protect the carving.

• Dispatch Notice: When your piece ships, you will get a notification (carrier + tracking).
